Founded in March 2009, the company is an intermodality logistics station supported by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China and it is also a leading enterprise of the third-party logistics in Chenzhou City.
Ou was reminded of an experience when it came to the improvement of the business environment.
While the company was building a petrol station with Chenzhou Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., there was a 510 square meter land found between the exit of the station and Haiquan Road.
According to the procedures of Chenzhou Natural Resource and Planning Bureau, it should have taken 6 months to solve the problem. Given that the construction of the main part of the station and the installment of facilities had been completed and it was ready to operate, the local authority accelerated the approval processing of getting the right to use the state-owned land.
Finally, it only took 3 months for the station to be put into operation.
“In recent years, Chenzhou has been optimizing its business environment. The largest improvement is the effective administrative approval. We had to make a lot of preparations to apply for projects in the past. But now we can do anything online with much less time and a simpler procedure. The local government is striving to upgrade their service through concrete practice.” Ou can’t stop sharing his experiences when talking about the improvement in business environment.
